- Two application forms are required: - H-1 and H-2 and application fee. Complete the appropriate application form.
- Photocopy of a valid passport.
- Four passport-size photographs.
- Photocopy of birth certificate.
- Academic credentials.
- Letter of acceptance from the Institution.
- Proof of accommodation.
- Evidence of financial resources.
- A police certificate of character (PCC).
- Parent’s consent proof (if required).
