Huge increase in the number of Indian students heading to Australia in 2023

Indian students are increasingly choosing to study in Australia because of the high quality of the education institutions with nine Australian universities, out of 41, in the top 100. Between July 1, 2022 and May 31, 2023 there were 64,617 student visa applications lodged by Indian nationals outside Australia. According to the Australian Department of Home Affairs website, 57% of student visa applications, applied for in the higher education sector, are being processed in 22 days.
