How to Apply for Study Visa for Norway

Students are not allowed to study in Norway without a study permit.

  • Make sure that you have copies of all documents.
  • Cross verify your documentation as incomplete applications will not be processed.
  • If you are a non-EU (European Union) International Student, you have to pay the application fee.

Students must have all the required documents before registering their application for a student visa in Norway. Students will need to submit a paper application to their nearest Norwegian embassy. The visa processing time may vary, so it is advisable to apply as soon as possible.

And students from outside the EU or EEA are allowed to work for 20 hours per week and full time during vacations.
