Overview

The Fanshawe Business – Human Resources program is about finding the value in people. You’ll learn business basics first - accounting, marketing and computer applications. With this HR training, you'll study labour relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment and training. In your last semester, in-class students will be mentored by people in the industry, in real HR departments. You'll make connections – networking with your classmates, professors and other HR professionals. Upon completion, you'll have developed an HR-specific career portfolio - diverse, for the dynamic HR world. These HR courses are available in a traditional in-class format, with September and January admissions or 100% online. There are options to transfer to the Business Administration-Human Resources advanced diploma or the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources Management) degree at Fanshawe. You can also be eligible to complete a degree program at many other post-secondary institutions or complement your diploma with a graduate certificate offered at Fanshawe College.
