Our postgraduate degree in Brand Management has four core modules, which cover key subjects in marketing and branding. We’ll look at the principles underpinning marketing management, challenging you to examine marketing problems that brands and organisations have faced, critically analyse their approach and suggest alternatives. And we go international, learning how brands can appeal to consumers in different markets. We’ll also explore up-to-the-minute topics such as personal branding – looking in particular at celebrity and the rise of the social media influencer – and the future of branding, including ethics and sustainability. As well as the four core modules, you will complete a Postgraduate Major Project. The Major Project is a substantial research project focussed on a topic of particular interest and relevance to you. Modules are subject to change and availability. We place a strong emphasis on practical and professional skills. You’ll be assessed on group presentations, reports, audits, dissertation or work-based portfolio, and the application of digital skills.
