Eligibility requirements to study in the UK
To apply for a tier 4 general student visa, you must
- be 16 or older
- have an unconditional admission offer from an authorized university or college
- have funds to support yourself and pay your tuition fee
- have a good grasp in the English language
Documents required for Tier 4 General student visa
Here are some of the essential documents that you will require to apply for the Uk study visa
- Your valid passport
- Proof that you can pay your fees and support yourself during your stay in the UK
- An offer letter from a UK university or college, which is also known as Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), You only need to provide the CAS reference number in your visa application.
- Passport-size photographs
- Your tuberculosis test results
- Consent of your parents if you are under 18
- Birth certificate if you are under 18
- The result of your English language exam that is IELTS, TOEFL, etc
Study in the UK without IELTS
Although taking IELTS, TOEFL or other English exams have added advantages because it allows institutions to judge applicant's ability to read, write, listen and speak in English, it is not the only way you can go and study in Canada.
